Actually my son started going there because he lives close by and he used to be able to drop his car off and walk, then I started going and after that my husband. He is a great mechanic. They are great and get me right in. They are so fair and honest. I feel totally comfortable when I have my needs to be done. They are wonderful. When I call them for an oil change or any other need they tell me when I can be there that's because I am regular. One day I was there for an oil change and someone they have never seen before stopped and they said they need to come back tomorrow because they were busy and I think that was fair. If you are regular they see you in and if you are new they try to accommodate, but it is not like we don't want you, it is just that they were swarmed and couldn't do it. If I have an emergency then it is okay, if it is not they ask if they can do it next day and I don't want to sit there all day and I rather go there when it is convenient for them also.

I always try to call them well in advance for an appointment. I never go into the work area without being asked first. And I call before I go to pick up the car just to make sure it is done. They are usually on time. Sometimes they have to wait for parts. The bill is written so you undersand what work was done and even a suggestion of work thay may have to be done in the future.
