He did repairs to one of my car doors. He does excellent work because I've used him in the past. This time I wasn't really happy because something with the paint, he couldn't get it right. We took it back to him and he did it again but it was still telling. I wasn't crazy about him this time.
He's expensive and I knew that.

We rarely experience a provider taking this level of pride in work product. (Backlog caused long time for start date but it was worth the wait for such a highly recommended provider.) Interaction with Paul (proprietor) was wonderful!!

Beautifully repair job. Side view mirror had been blasted by a telephone pole when backing out of driveway. As always, Paul the owner at Ballistic worked with me to find the most cost effective solution that still gave the results that I needed. New mirror ordered, installed and cover painted exactly to match (genuine Honda part too). Also, some deep scratches in the fender were buffed out- all without an expensive fender repaint. The story got even better for me as the car was returned spotless, both inside and out. We had a full winters worth of grime on the floormats and door jambs but Ballistic went way above and beyond cleaning and washing the car so that it looked like new when we picked it up. That's really outstanding service in my book, especially for a relatively small repair job!
Paul at Ballistic has helped me more than once with my body work issues, and I always leave there happy and feeling like I've dealt with someone from the old school of American craftsmen. He treats you like a friend rather than just a dollar sign on legs. Would recommend him and his shop to anyone!
