TIMEWISE CLEANING INC

I have had Timewise cleaning my place for well over a year and cancelled their services this week.
From one month to the next, I would get a different team of 2 people.  This would not really be an issue except that there were discrepancies in quality: some would dust my blinds, some wouldn't, some would clean the bathroom floor, some would not.  All of this would have been OK and I accepted it over time.  
 Where they lost me was in scheduling.  Once last year, they had me down for the wrong day and when I called to correct it, they argued with me.  This last time, I was given a time range and the team showed up 45 minutes early.  I was not ready to have people in my house at that time (work conference call).  They confirmed the time I had been told was on the paperwork and left.  I assumed they would come back.  
When they did not return, and I had not heard from anyone, in 5 hours(!), I called to find out what happened.  I was told I had to be rescheduled for 2 days later because I had "refused entry".  The rep on the phone - not the person who called to confirm the time the day before - argued with me about the scheduled time, which had already been validated by the people who showed up at my door 45 minutes early.
 So, between the inconsistency, lack of communication between Timewise employees and the unprofessionalism, I can't say I can  recommend.
