CUSTOM FIT SEAMLESS GUTTERS

This provider was recommended by the roofer who was was replacing the roof on our house in the summer of 2012.  Had we seen any reviews of him we wouldn't have used that roofer or taken his recommendation.  But that's another story.

We called this guy and initially he was responsive and came out to measure and give us an estimate.  We agreed to have him come and do the work.  He did arrive when he said he would and he finished the job in one day.  Up to that point we had no complaints. In May of 2013 my husband was re-siding our house.  Once he was up on the ladder he noticed that there was water pooling in the gutter.  It was apparent that there wasn't enough pitch to the gutter to allow the water to run down to the spout.  Compounding the problem was the fact that the gutter guy had attached the gutter to our roof with metal straps that would be difficult to remove.

So, he called the guy and left a message on his answering machine asking him to come out and fix the gutter so that it would drain properly.  Subsequently he left two more phone messages that were never returned.  What really irked him was that the outgoing message at the guys business ended with "have a blessed day". 

Finally, in July, I called on two separate occasions.  Each time the wife answered the phone and each time she told me that her husband was out on a job and that she would have him call us to make an appointment to come out and look at our gutter.  Bottom line: he never called and he never came to fix the problem.  My 73 year old husband had to get up on a ladder and work section by section, between the straps holding the gutter to the roof, to let the gutter down a bit so that there would be proper drainage. I would never hire this guy again and I certainly would never recommend him.  If people are unwilling to stand up for their work they shouldn't be in the business.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. HE PICKED UP EVERYTHING AND HE DID EVERYTHING IN ONE AFTERNOON. HE CAME THE SAME DAY WE CALLED. I WOULDN'T HAVE EVEN KNOWN THAT WE HAD WORK DONE TO OUR GUTTERS, THAT'S HOW CLEAN IT WAS.
