What started out as a day job took four days. The workers were very rude and unprofessional. The individual who cleaned our carpet did a horrible job. I vacumed a whole garbage bag of animal hair, dust balls and dark dirt off the floor after he left. Not to mention, there was visable cat hair on the stairs. The worst part was being disrespected by the actual carpet cleaner guy who told me it wasn't his problem that it had cat hair visablely still there, because he cleaned it and didn't have time to clean it again. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Julie came over and saw the garbage bag of filth and said she would not charge for this.
The cleaning of the house was very adequate to say the least, but the outside vents were not cleaned very well. You could still see dust balls collected to them. The air ducts were suposed to be cleaned, but I am worried about that quality of service due to the lack of cleaning throughout the rest of the house. Needeless to say, I was charged 600 that I was reluctant to pay.
The final misery was the mold restoration/rebuiliding the drywall/ceiling tiles. They were in the home for four days and didn't finish the drywall job and they didn't put new ceiling tiles in. In fact, it looked like they put some used ones in and there are a bunch of them not even put up at all. Also, the light switches have nothing around them. The job was horrible. I spoke to my landlord and they charged her 3000 for an unfinished job. She lives in MO, and could not see the finished job. I sent her pictures and videos and she was mortified. She refused to pay for the job and even said she may take them to court.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY--they are terrible! My stomach was sick writing them a check for 600, because I knew in my heart the house was not in a clean condition as they promised.
