Overall I was very pleased. The price for the service was a bit shocking but I had phoned two other exterminators in the area and their estimates were even higher. Both of the guys who came here (the first one assessed the problem and another made the daily visits) were as pleasant and professional as could be, and they got the job done. One thing I didn't like was that the service doesn't include temporarily blocking the access point to keep other critters out while you arrange for repairs. (They did give me an estimate for a whole-house exclusion but it was way too much for me.) In my case this was not an issue, as they went above and beyond for me when I explained that I couldn't afford the exclusion. They pointed out one small hole in the attic floor and told me how to plug it up myself and they tromped through the cold and snow all around the house and located the point where the squirrel had gotten in (a hole in the soffit), which I then had a contractor friend block temporarily and will fix in the spring.
