We are a syracuse based company with six employees. We provide complete heating and air conditioning service for all your residential and light commercial requests. Forms of payment accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Check, Cash and offer GE financing to qualified consumers.

Brian responded very quickly. Very surprised how inexpensive the new furnace was and how quickly they responded, especially in mid October. Too early to tell the quality of the furnace. Reviews on line were good and bad. This is rental property so I didn't care about the efficiency, its just a whole lot better than the old one and didn't want for it to break in the middle of winter. They replaced bad duct work, installed the new furnace, removed the old one and installed a new thermostat in one day for $1,999. Tried to install a chimney insert for $800 but it wouldn't fit and not completely necessary, so they didn't charge. Also showed me other potential issues which they don't do, but thought I should know. Pleased with they're work. Hope no issues with the furnace.

They have been wonderful up until this experience. Right now I have an atmospheric vent water heater and I don’t need a power vent because literally the water heater is right next to the outside wall. They quoted me the most expensive price possible for a model that I could find for $1,000 cheaper through Amazon. And they quoted me for a direct power vent, which is some layers higher and when I said that’s not realistic, they said we’ll think about it. They called back about two days later and said, call us back and we can maybe drop the price a little. I think the problem was when they installed the furnace and the water heater back in 2012, my financial situation was very, very different. I’ve had some major financial setbacks since. At that point I went with the top-of-the-line brand air conditioner and furnace. I figure that they saw that and they figured they could go ahead and just quote me the most expensive thing possible. My friends who renovate houses as well as my plumber and they’ve all said this is just unacceptable gouging.
