I HAD A PROBLEM WITH GETTING AN OIL CHANGE THAT WAS A GRATIS CHANGE PROVIDED BY CHRYSLER. CHRYSLER WOULD NOT HONOR THE SERVICE. THE SALES MANAGER FOR ROMANO STEPPED IN AND TOOK CARE OF IT. HOORAY FOR ROMANO AND BOO TO CHRYSLER CORPORATION.

I had a recall on my transmission and had it fixed and a oil change and my tires rotated. they were on time and they gave me a loaner car . I have used their service about 3 times and always used a loaner car and that is a great service to me.

I didn't pay anything because it was part of my maintenance package. They are excellent. I buy all my vehicles from them and I have them do all my service. I use them all the time.
