Hence & Company is a general construction services firm based in Fayetteville, New York, with a primary focus of general construction, rehabilitation and renovation of residential, commercial and municipal properties. Founded in 1998, the firm has provided a broad range of construction services for a growing clientele throughout the entire Central New York area. At J. Hence & Co., we believe that building a team environment is one of the most important aspects of any project. Maintaining good relationships, personally and financially, with our suppliers and sub-contractors helps us overcome the sometimes arduous circumstances involved in the construction process. Realizing that the "right" people are our most valuable asset, we go to great lengths to retain only the most conscientious trades people in the business.
