They knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in about 15 minutes.

Ken was very friendly and professional.  He was very knowledgable and answered all of my many questions.  He was very thorough and I am very pleased with the work done. I felt they were very honest and fair. I will use this company again in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs septic work. 

Very friendly, articulate, and knowledgeable gentleman - answered all of my questions. Honest and arrived on time. I phoned them and they showed up the next day. DO - make sure you can block out a 4 hour timeframe as they will tell you between 8-12 or 12-4!! No advanced notice when they will be there. Will use them again and also tell friends. DO - If you want to save money, see if you can get a neighbor or two to do it at the same time.

This company is superb. Prompt. Honest. Efficient. You couldn't even tell where they dug to pump our tank - he patched it back perfectly. Not only was the service tremendous - they were awesome about answering all of my husband's questions (we are new to septic tanks). Highly, highly, highly recommend!

They were punctual.  The gentleman found the tank entrance without any trouble, in his first attempt, he dug exactly in the right place.  The pump-out was relatively fast, and he did a good job replacing the sod over the tank opening.  No Complaints!

The only reason that I didn't give Hullar's 5 stars is because they did not come as scheduled because the contractor never got the message.  When I called again a week later the woman on the phone was apologetic and called the service man right away.
He came within an hour.
The gentleman was professional and quick.  And he took care in not messing up my lawn when he got access to the septic cover. 
Overall I am a happy customer!

I called Andy on a Saturday morning when our septic system simply stopped. He came, tried the quick fix (to save us money), and then called one of his guys to come and snake the line. He was there within an hour and did what he needed to do. We also needed to have the tank pumped, which was part of the problem, and they sent someone Monday to do that. Because of the emergency call and the routine call, he gave me a discount on the combined work, a welcome but unnecessary gesture (kudos for that customer service). Our system is back in business. His guys were great, and we have some recommendations for future work that we may go ahead with depending. I would recommend Hullars to anyone who has a septic or sewer system needing work.

Pump out was very quick and efficient. I was amazed at how they knew exactly where to dig for the septic tank cover. Removed a small patch of sod and replaced when finished. I had many questions regarding our septic system in general. They were very knowledgeable and willing to answer any question that I had. I will definitely use them in the future.

We could not be more pleased with this wonderful, prompt, professional company. Their representative was charming, helpful, and quickly achieved the task at hand. Their rates were extremely reasonable ; and a senior citizen discount was given, without our even requesting. Our past experience with other vendors was quite the opposite-- wherein a "Senior" come- on always disappeared at the door. These people have a first class operation, and we look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I am extremely happy with the service provided. I called shortly after closing time and made an appointment for 8am the next day. Within 5 minutes I received a call back and was told that they didn't want me to have to deal with the issue overnight (sewage backing into our basement), so the driver would be over in just a few minutes. Ken was wonderful...answered all my questions, got the job done very quickly and explained everything I needed to know about our septic system. 5 star service!!

The technician arrived during the time slot indicated and went right to work. The job was finished in about an hour. Very professional.

The guys cam right on time, pumped the system, cleaned up after finished and were on their way. Bing, bang, boom...task accompished, no muss no fuss. Nice guys, and full of recommendations about the system - most notably about the frequency of pumping required for a family like mine. I would have them back in a second.

I called Hullar and requested a septic tank pump out. The person took down my address and asked when I would want the service. I indicated as soon as they had an opening. She indicated they could do it the very next morning. Excellent! I took that appointment time. My boyfriend oversaw the actual pump out, but I was told it took less than 30 minutes and the employees provided information to him on the design and future recommendations for the pumping schedule. They also indicated that there was a pipe pitched back toward the house that should be fixed, but told him how he could repair this on his own, should he so wish to do so without paying someone. I am pleased with their service and would use them again.

It went very well. Employees were competent and thorough. The dirt they recovered the pumping area with was a little skimpy, reducing my feeling about quality somewhat., but not enough to change their grade. The price was a little more than I expected, but reasonable.

Overall delighted with the service provided by Hullar Enterprises. Service desk was cordial and professional. Service Clerk was able to schedule my service for the very next morning. The Service Tech showed up about 09:30. He was pleasant, friendly and professional in appearance and behavior. Technician was honest and forthcoming with professional opinion on questions I had regarding my septic system. Casual conversation during the job revealed the Service Tech is an Army Veteran (another big + in my book!) :) Pricing is competitive and they accept credit cards too, which is convenient for me. Job was completed without a hitch. Technician cleaned everything up and was gone in about 30 minutes leaving the area as he found it. I will use Hullar Enterprises again and will recommend them to my friends.

Just purchased a 2 family in Jamesvile which had a septic tank. I had
no clue where the septic tank was. I called Hullars up and they showed
up the very next day at a time that worked for me. The service person
was amazingly knowledgeable and nice. He had no problems with answering
my hundreds of questions. He found the septic tank in just a few
minutes. The tank was on a steep hill and he didn't complain one bit.
It was hard to get there and bring the hose there. He pumped the tank
and I am all set for a few years. Great price, great service. I
highly recommend Hullars.

He arrived on time when he said he would and checked with me first about where best to park the truck and run the hose. He dug out the septic tank cover easily and will no damage to surrounding grass. As he pumped the tank he explained to me about how the system worked and what to look out for. When he was done pumping the tank, he replaced the sod back over the cover. The price was what we had been quoted.

I phoned Hullar Enterprises based on feedback on Angie's list. I called and left a message at 9:30 AM. They called me back by 10:30 AM. I told them the predicament I was in (water coming from the septic vent pipe). They were at my house at 12:30 PM. Found the septic cover. Drained the septic tank. Provided details on what I could check for in the future if it should happen again. He was pulling out of my driveway at 1:30 PM. I am extremely pleased with the service. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone that asks.
