East Area Family YMCA

The facility was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. There were plenty of cardio and weight machines to go around. The gym was crowded, but the locker room was clean and tidy. It was a Saturday and the place gets pretty busy on Saturday mornings so parking can be an issue.

I have been a member of the East Area YMCA for a few years. I've taken
advantage of water classes, cycling classes, and quot;women on weightsand quot; classes, yoga
classes, the running group and more. The Y instructors and staff are professionals who
provide a great health based approach to exercise and wellness.
I especially appreciate the friendships that I have cultivated as a result of participating in YMCA activities.

East Area Family YMCA has all kinds of weight training and exercise equipment, also cardio. They have a pool and a hot tub. They have the cycling and the fitness classes. They have yoga. It's a huge facility. They have some art classes that they do. It's pretty all inclusive. They have youth programs and adult programs. There is child care. If somebody is new around, the staff will show him around on how to work the equipment and get the best workout. They have a whole registration area and they have an orientation. If you want, they can teach you around. If it's the first time, they have staff to help with the equipment. The price is very reasonable. The membership is done monthly.

I've been a member for a couple of years. The facilities and staff are excellent. The exercise classes are varied and provide great workouts. The staff is friendly, helpful and energetic. This is a great place for families, couples, and singles. A 'gem' for fayetteville.

This gym is a great value for the money. Good machines, good classes, clean locker rooms, and good services. Very family-friendly.

The kids love it and they have really good instructors. The kids have really learned to swim well and now they both enjoy going. The people we have met are really friendly. The art classes have been great as well and the art instructors are good. The kids have a good time. Occasionally, it's hard to get the kids in a class at the time we want, but that is my only complaint.
