In general he did a nice job but the finish had a little bit to be desired. We ended up repainting the walls after he was done because the paint wasn't smooth. We were not overly picky but he had to redo a wall because it was bowed out. He did redo it but it took us telling him before he redid it. He did an average job overall. It wasn't bad it wasn't good. Not much stood out. It wasn't a horrible job but it wasn't a great job either. It was reasonably priced but for having someone in the house we wanted it done right. We wouldn?t use them again.

We were getting our home ready to sell and moving into a new home. We agreed to an hourly rate because we were not sure from the outset exactly what we needed done. We knew we were taking a chance with this approach because we have had other contractors view an hourly rate as an opportunity to take it easy or to train an inexperienced assistant, so jobs dragged on forever. Our experience with Dean was a breath of fresh air. He plowed through tasks with efficiency, and most of all, great skill. He was pleasant, prompt and trustworthy. He is a man with integrity. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I look forward to putting our next project in his capable hands.
