 + -1 moreHe came over and fixed the clog with "snake." He installed a new garbage disposal. He is friendly and trustworthy. If you want someone who will perform only the work needed then hire him. He will not charge extra for work that is not needed. He prioritizes in terms of urgency of the matter; so you may need to wait a bit if it is not urgent. If you want a quality job with confidence, a bit of waiting is not bad. For my work, it was urgent, he came right away. No waiting at all.
Description of Work: Change the garbage disposal. Fixed the clog that went all the way down to the pipe in the basement.

 + -1 moreHe is very able, available, and friendly. He has worked for me in the past and done a great job in every case. He is reasonably priced. He is generally a nice guy and does good work. Six months before he replaced a toilet for me and his price was reasonable.
Description of Work: I used Benders' Home Svc Inc a month ago. He did not charge me anything for the visit. He came and realized that it would be something that he wont be able to do, so he just gave me some advice.
