Home Building
Beam had to be put in to support the bearer wall after wall was taken out. Beam was improperly nailed (nails were too short) and was on the verge of falling out of the ceiling right over our kitchen table. Support columns were never installed in the basement. Electrical work was poorly and illegally done including a wire that was had no metal box around it, literally installed next to sheetrock, causing it to arc behind the wall. There were multiple additional serious electrical errors. Kitchen fan was never vented outside as we had requested. Overall cheapest materials were used and many did not last. Roof shingles were improperly installed creating many leaks.
