lou was on time, neat, did a fine job power washing, sanding and staining our old deck. He replaced a rotted potion of decking at no extra cost as well as other extras at no cost or minimum and extremely fair prices. I highly recommend LB Maintenance.

Work was more than unsatisfactory, owner has a short temper. Steer clear.

Lou did a deck repair for us. One fifth the price of replacing the deck and it looks great. He stripped out the rotted wood, fixed the sub-structure, put in new boards where needed, painted with a wood stain. Very professional, courteous, friendly.
