I hired Nick to refurbished my 1st floor after we had water damage do to burst pipe. So don’t let his charm fool you, the problems started from the beginning. The excuses were endless out of the country sick in the hospital broken phone and it goes on. It took sometime to get a Start date with Nick. So the work involved was sanding and refinishing our wood floors and laying laminate floor in our office and bathroom. This work began in October 2023.To start his work on my floors was horrible holes in the floor spilled stain missed spots saddles not nailed down and unfinished etc…March 2024 5 months later the laminate floor in our office began to lift. I contacted Nick and he was out of the country and wasn’t sure of his return date. A month had passed and I contacted Nick Again several weeks then pasted with no answer. Well to say it is now the middle of July and the floor is worse then ever.. Nick is unreliable and does not standby his work.. I would not trust him and his company to do any work on your house. He leaves the country for months at a time. And doesn’t reply to any calls and or text messages. Please see pictures of his work!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!
