"Homeowner originally contacted us to replace the concrete around his pool. When we arrived to give him an estimate, we noticed that the painted concrete around his pool was still in good condition. We suggested to him that we could make some repairs, opposed to taking out the whole entire pool area, making it more cost effective for the homeowner. We agreed on repairing a few cracks and epoxying the surface. We also agreed to repair and epoxy the front porch and also repair one wall on basement entrance and steps. After repairing the pool area, homeowner said that he wanted our repairs to match his old painted concrete area. It was never mentioned that the new epoxy was going to match his older, weathered, painted concrete. There was no agreement/contract made on painting new concrete with epoxy. After painting the new concrete for homeowner, FREE OF CHARGE, he called and said that he was unhappy with the color. We returned once again and gave homeowner the brochure and asked him to pick a color he thinks would've matched best. We painted his entire pool area the color that he chose, FREE OF CHARGE. Still, after 3 attempts, homeowner was unhappy. Unfortunately, there isn't much more we can do. We also repaired and stuccoed one wall and the steps to his basement entrance. After completion the homeowner was extremely happy with the outcome he requested that we continue the stucco on surrounding walls. We did that for the homeowner, FREE OF CHARGE. After completion of that work, he asked us to match the stucco to surrounding foundation walls. Once again, we did that for him, FREE OF CHARGE. As well as that work, we repaired his front porch painted and did epoxy. After seeing porch, he wanted the the foundation to match. We stuccoed the foundation and by his garage, FREE OF CHARGE. We are sorry that he is unhappy with our services. We try our best to make our customers happy."
