Dominick and his team were more than professional and curtious. It was the afternoon on Easter Sunday and they were at my house within hours. Dominick was thourall in checking the extent of damage, was informative on the process, and was very clear with my options. The team went immediately to work and were finished within two hours. They were professional and kind to my family in for the holiday. They took very good care of the rest of my home, being sure to cover every rug, floor, and stair with a painters tarp wherever they walked. They neatly took down pictures from the wall to ensure they wouldn't be damaged during the process and picked up and bagged for laundry the towels I had personally laid down to prevent further flooding. Dominick documented and forwarded excellent pictures for me to use should I decide to go through insurance. There was no payment required, not even a deposit, until the job was completed and blowers and dehumidifier were picked up. I would highly recommend this company.
