Owner operated company capable of handling residential and commercial losses. We do not utilize sub contractors. 24 Hour Emergency Services.. Rates start at $395 for the 1st hour and $150 for each additional hour plus drying equipment and debris removal costs. We prefer to see the loss first before providing a price as every loss is different. I feel it is fair to see the loss and then give a competitive price.
