He was professional an knowledgeable. We just bought the house and he was able to tell us about what type of septic system was most likely there and that there was a dip in the pipe right by the main cleanout that we should keep an eye on. He also was able to tell that the pipe is in good condition with no major root infiltration. The drain seems to be clear now.

They came within hours. Fast service is what you need when your cesspool is backing up and they were fast and courteous.

Next summer had to do it again and WHY....

Obviously it wasn't a great job because I had to do the job again and this time was charged by PRIORITY the same amount but also unclogged a third cesspool. So booo to you Baron. I even asked for you to take a look at this issue and you never responded because a cesspool should be checked thoroughly to look for additional clogging.

On time, nice to talk to, couldn't have been better.

I was very pleased with the fact that they showed me instead of just told me. For example, I had no idea if my cesspool was full or not (I had an idea it was) and they showed me the level and how full it was. They explained the entire process and made sure I understood the process. They were very eager to answer my questions and offer advice for how I should be maintaining my cesspool in the future.

Found these guys on Angies List. Had good ratings.
Called and spoke with them about coming out (non-emergency) for an estimate.
We have owned this house for about 2 years. Knew we had 3 pools, but not their location.
With 3 ladies in the house, I was concerned about the status of the system.
The guys came out the next day. Found the pools and tank, carefully worked around the sprinkler system,
then recommended we put in surface pool caps to help find them easily in the future.
Then they did their job, all the while taking the time to explain what they were doing and why.
Great guys, great job. They were careful and clean and even tested the sprinklers before they left.
When the time comes, I will definitely have them back.

They were quite professional and did what they had promised. They could not show up on the day they were supposed to becuase of a storm. But they called ahead and rescheduled. All in all we had good experience with them and will use them again.

They were there when they were supposed to be. They came in under budget and they did a good job.

Oscar was quite the professional and very personable as well. He encouraged my husband to stick around and observe while he found the two cesspools. He drilled a small hole in each and installed access service caps on both should twe need to have any future service. He installed both caps at ground level so no one would trip over them and indicated how wide each one was as a markers. In addition, they asked if we would like to put some chemicals in the cesspool to breakdown the bacteria. There was no pressure, it was simply informational and educational. Pete was the initial contact by phone.-he was also very knowledgeable and explained in simple language what Oscar would do on the visit. We were totally satisfied with the job. The bottom line is - It pays to stick with "older and wiser" men who have been around a while. Their experience was firsthand. Would definitely use this service again.

Pete returned my call quickly and scheduled an appointment when convenient for me. He came when he said he would. The work was completed within an hour. I will call him again in the future.

Returned call promptly and came the next morning. Had not been here to service cesspool in 7 years, but basically did the same thing as before, as it was full and had been starting to back up in basement bathroom. The bill says 1 Carlson Septic/Cesspool with chemical cleaning. Chemicals and hydrojet are checked. Pete was friendly and competent, and so far, the cesspool is fine. I didn't bother to compare prices as we were happy with the service 7 years ago and would call them again.

Pete spent considerable time with me as I was considering adding a new septic field . He recommended the airation to see how long it will last in my case - as is is a fraction of the constrcution cost ( he also offered some good advise on installing a check valve to prevent overflow in the basement which I was able to do for $15 myself) I recently recommended Baron to a friend who was happy when them. I recently called Pete for an opinion and he didnt try to sell me any service, in fact he told me to just monitor it as likley not an issue.

Pete came when he said he was going to. He also was straight forward with us and nickel and dime us to death like Roto Rooter wanted to for the job. He did a good job.

Most companies locate the cesspool electronically, they used stakes to locate the cesspool which took a little while. They fixed the problem, thats the main thing.

HE WAS VERY GOOD. HE SPENT ALOT OF TIME MAKING SURE HE WAS DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT AND HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME. IT TOOK HIM ABOUT AN HOUR TO DO THE WORK.

Very fast service and paid for the service, there was no up selling. I have used Baron in the past and will continue to use them.

These people are very honest. Other companies told us that we would need more work done. He told us it would only have to be cleaned out. We were very happy that he saved us so much money. This company is trustworthy and we would highly recommend them for that very reason. Besides that, they were on time and friendly as well.
