This people are LOUSY AND HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL, THEY WERE COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, From the get go they told us that it would be better to change our lender to theirs which is American wholesale mortgage, they gave us the wrong closing disclosures with different numbers the house was 435k and they put on the paperwork 450k and when I asked for the new paperwork they didn’t give it in until the closing day. DO NOT GO TO THEM, when I kept asking questions NICK RAYMONDI said I was annoying ! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL I FEEL BAD FOR AMERICAN WHOLESALE MORTGAGE HAVING THIS PEOPLE WORK FOR THEM

My wife and I found ourselves in need of extra cash to pay off bills and reorganize our financial situation. We initially contacted a mortgage broker on line, New Day, and were about to follow through with their offer until we received a call from Debby Pizzo, of Atlantic Home Capital. Ironically, I was fed up with the calls but my wife answered this call. My wife discussed our plan with New Day and Debby was shocked at the costs involved with New Day's proposal. New Day was going to be charging us in excess of $21,000 in settlement costs with a rate of 5.25% and a final monthly payment in excess of $2000.00. We thought the New Day offer was reasonable as our credit scores were just below the 700 level. Debby simply asked my wife to provide her an opportunity to get us a much better deal and get cash back. It ended up that Debby got us a loan via the VA, same as New Day, except at a rate of 4.3% over 30 year, a monthly payment $200 less than New Days' AND cash back from the loan itself in the amount exceeding $14,000.00. Additionally, the entire process from initial call to closing took just over 3 weeks. Debby handles mortgages in Delaware, New Jersey, Virginia and Maryland. It is unfortunate that many mortgage brokers are not completely honest with their costs/fees to the consumer and we almost fell into that trap as well. Thank goodness my wife answered the phone call from Debby on this Sunday afternoon. Debby was extremely helpful in the entire process from document collection, to daily (sometimes several times a day) updates and professional in all aspects of the transaction. Everything she told us regarding the loan rate, monthly payments, cash back and bill payoffs was 100% accurate. This woman, and company, work with extreme professionalism, honesty and integrity.
