The roofers were a different crew than the one who negotiated the contract and there were numerous problems with communication throughout the project, including when the project foreman tried to argue that his company did not have to buy a new bathroom window that was specified in the contract but never ordered. After the new roof went up, my husband went on top and found numerous places where the company had cut corners. The roofers had to return and fix their shoddy work. All of this delayed the project and work lasted more than a month than it was supposed to. Now it's winter and our new roof is leaking worse than before! The contractors have been contacted in hope of finding a solution but denied any responsibility whatsoever, blaming the problems on recent snow. They are terrible!
