Many promises were made by the owners of Right Choice that they never followed through on. The starting date was delayed and the length of time the job was to take was misrepresented by the owner that gave the original estimate. Then they just stopped returning our calls. They told us that items were ordered when they never were and due to that, we had to purchase a countertop that was not our first choice because the bathroom was already torn apart when we were told that the one we wanted wasn't available. The gentlemen that actually did the work were very good and tried to be as helpful as possible but they showed their own frustration. We were told that they would send us a survey after the work was completed but they never did.
