Highland Builders is a locally owned and operated building contractor providing services in all phases of residential construction. We specialize in painting and remodeling. We serve Rochester NY, Monroe County and the surrounding areas. We are a small company and typically have between 3-6 employees. We do not use sub contractors. All of our services are provided by our highly skilled tradesmen. At Highland Builders we are dedicated to giving you a stress free building experience with the finest in design & craftsmanship. We hold a strong commitment to excellence and to providing personalized professional service for all your construction needs. We work for you every step of the way from design to completion for beautiful custom homes, turn key additions, interior & exterior renovations, designer remodels, custom kitchens & baths, painting, windows, siding, & much more! Description of Work: Replaced and repaired a section of exterior and interior wall between a fireplace and window. Original house construction (27 years) did not properly flash between brick and wood construction resulting in extended undetected water leaks that rotted structure and wall. Did an excellent quality job cleaning up every day and making sure there was adequate boundary keeping the outside cool and wet temperature could not enter the house. Cleaned up after every day and complete clean up at conclusion of the job.
