The initial purchase went very well. They are next to a large field so this made it easy to do a test drive and get a little bit familiar with the vehicle. This was my first experience with an off road vehicle and they were good about answering my initial questions. They also made a recommendation about a nearby pace that sells trailers. A general service PM was done and I was given an initial warranty from the dealer.

It took a little longer than expected to get the switch but I was still able to use the UTV. When the part came in they replaced the part and I was back to work the next day.

My mother has bought many cars from them over the years and I got my last car from them. The last care I got was a 2002 olds and it has lasted me for more than 5 years nicely. They inspected the vehicle and the problem was actually covered under the manufacturer's vehicle warranty so they didn't charge me anything for what they did. Their service was very good. They treated me well and diagnosed the problem. They could have fixed it and charged me for it but they chose to take the right path. They took the right course of action and told me that it was covered under the dealer's warranty. They called them and made an appointment for me and I couldn't have asked for more than that. They were responsive and I got them here the day after I called them.
