We found Work of Art by chance. While searching for the granite we wanted to use we stumbled across Work of Art. Helen and George are the owner/operators. Helen runs the front and greeted us. She took us through the shop and showed us the remnant granite they had. We found a beautiful piece of aurora dorado which we hadn't seen anywhere else. We met George in the shop who helped us pick it out. George is an older Greek craftsman who has been practicing his art with stonework for 50 years. He's a gem who insists on perfection and does beautiful work.
George came by the house to do the measurements right on schedule. Five days later we received a call it was ready and set up the install appointment. George and his helper showed up right on time. George did a fantastic job of installing the countertop. It was a bit trickier than most because we had an additional shelf over the toilet which had to line up with the vanity countertop. Helen also suggested we replace the door saddle with the matching granite. We did and it came out great.
If you want to have a skilled artist to do your work then you will hire George.
I would recommend Work of Art to anyone needing a fabricator for their granite or marble project.
