Do not use this Repair Center. Shady business practice and they will charge you just to book a repair. They will not disclose the charge is non-refundable, even if you cancel the booking 2 weeks in advance. Save your money, stay away and find a more reputable and honest Samsung Repair Center.

I was able to get Samsung to a one time parts replacement as the TV was a little over 2 years old when problem started.  The tech, Navero who did the repair was knowledgeable and courteous. He left the place spotless and arrived when promised.  He should be commended for his professional demeanor, he is an asset to the company.  Initial service call is $110 which is applied to the repair bill if you decide to use them.  Total cost was just over $300.00, a little high, but I would use them again, due to the service.

Williston TV repair person came out to our house on 9/12, checked out my Samsung Plasma TV, and said that it was the main board that needed to be replaced (I actually already knew this because a technician from a different company had already diagnosed the set).
The repair tech said they would have the part by the end of the week. They called on 9/15 to say they had the part, and to schedule the repair. We scheduled for the tech to arrive between 9:30 and 10 AM on 9/18. The tech showed up somewhat late, but very apologetic, and proceeded to replace the faulty part in just about exactly 10 minutes.
Excellent service (though the lateness was an issue).

Company promised to call the evening before to confirm a window of time when the technician would arrive on the following day. They did that as well as the technician calling 30 minutes before arrival. The technician, Nevaro, was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous, and efficient. He answered all of our questions. He is definitely an asset to this company.

The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly.

They were punctual and called to let me know when they would arrive. They were very efficient and I was very pleased with them.

Called to make an in home appointment for repair of a plasma television which had stopped powering on. Technician arrived promptly on the day scheduled, calling beforehand to tell his exact arrival time. He confirmed what I had suspected from a little online research. Power supply problems are a known issue in Samsung TVs and usually the result of blown capacitors. Because our set is plasma and not LCD the fix involved replacing the power board, due to the higher demands placed on the circuitry. The tech had the replacement board in his van. Cost $189. Labor was an additional $239. Prices for both were agreed upon before he began repair work. Highly satisfied with the job performed.

Called Williston TV service because Samsung dealer seemed too expensive. Technician came out to house about a week later but didn't have correct parts because he didn't have correct model number. (If they had called I could've given them the information over the phone.) Had to order part from California and wait for shipment to come in, then schedule another service date. By the time it was done the whole process had taken several weeks. Of course Hurricane Irene probably played a role in the delay. The technician was really friendly and courteous, and once he had the part in hand the repair went rather quickly. He also gave frank advice on what was worth fixing and what wasn't . Also had good response when I talked to the company on the telephone. The only drawback was that it took longer than I expected but overall I am pleased with the work.

They came twice, because the first time the part they brought didn't fix the problem. The T.V. is now working great. I would call them again if I had the need. There was still a warranty on the T.V. They were very nice people and I would have no problem working with them again.
