Tri State Hot Water

For two years we had to turn the shower on for 5 minutes before we went in. I called my oil company (Petro oil) and their mechanic recommended I call Tri State Hit Water. I was always sceptical of the idea of hot water cool cleaning because I thought it could damage the coil or damage the pipes. I called Tri State and the woman who answered was very pleasant and knew her business. She told me it was a safe service and it really works. the technician was scheduled and arrived the next day right on time. He went right to work. He out a commercial descaling chemical in to the boiler and ran it thru several times. He explained exactly what he was doing every step of the way. When he was done he ran the tub and a ton of calcium deposits that had been lining my coil came rushing out. He cleaned up and said, "ok...you will have plenty of hot water now". I have waited two days before writing this review because I wanted to be sure it worked. If I tell you that we now have plenty of hot water when we want it, and on the coldest days I'm not even close to exaggerating!. I could not be happier or more satisfied. Our technician (Kevin) was very personable and confident. I wish I knew about this year's ago. We couldn't be happier!!! Bravo Tri State!! We will be using you at least once a year if not more. The price was incredibly low for the results. $160 total..I would have paid twice that to get the hot water they gave me. Great company!
