 + -1 moreThe service here was fantastic. I had to bring my car is to get its usual service. Brakes, oil change ect. However I was on a tight schedule. I had to hurry to work straight after. They understood and got my car done fast, I was in and out. The price was very reasonable. I Highly recommend this auto shop.

 + -1 moreDid a great job. SUV ran like new. My daughters uses the SUV upstate at college. She felt a hesistation when she was driving home about 2 months after. TLC took the SUV back, determined the issue was a defective part they installed. They order a new one and installed it at no cost. Not even labor.SUV runs great

 + -1 moreWhen I caught Honda in an outright lie about servicing my car I switched to back to TLC. In the course of servicing my car they have had to send me to Honda for warranty (using different dealership) work. When they are not sure, they call Honda. Right now my car needs major work (it is apparently something this manual Honda Civic prone to). I have to decide between getting a new car or putting the money in. They advised me what needed to be done and what could wait. My husband agreed with their assessment. The work done was: cooling system; heat shields; check engine light work. I also have a list of work that needs to be done.
Description of Work: We are longtime customers of TLC back to when their business was on Conklin. I have a 2004 Civic Hybrid. My husband is very good with cars but for numerous reasons I decided to get all the work done on the car originally through Honda.

 + 3 moreThe people there are the best I've ever dealt with. I stumbled in to Pete's shop (when it was just him and one other guy) in 1995 and haven't gone to anyone else since. I'd take a new car to TLC before I'd bring it to the dealer's service bay.
Description of Work: The part was expensive, not due in until late the next day (Friday), required lengthy labor, and I needed a rental until the repair was finished. But this is atypical - usually I get the car back the same day if I leave it with them, or within two hours if I wait there for it. They came in on that Saturday to work on the car (they are usually closed Saturdays) because they knew I needed my car back first thing Monday.
