Sauna - Install
I bought a sauna from Drew and couldn?t be happier!
He made the process incredibly smooth. Everything was easy, and I didn?t have to wait months to get it. From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience.

Don't expect any communication between sales, service and accounting. An absolute train wreck of a circus. It's like children running the business. Too much of a ridiculous story to even describe. I can not recommend this place to anyone.

The team at Sunteck were excellent. From point of sale to answering questions prior to delivery to resources available after delivery of new Hot Tub. I would highly recommend.

Great place to buy a spa. very knowledgeable staff, great product for good price, fast and easy delivery.I felt that the staff is ready to help but not over selling and that a customer is just as important after the sale as it was before it.

The people that answer the phone are brain dead. The guys that come and work are very nice and wonderful. They come and do the work well.

My husband and I were shopping around for a robotic vacuum cleaner, preferably dolphin brand. As we were driving along rte110, we saw Sun Tek pool and Spa and decided to check out what they have in the store. The guy we were talking was helpful in giving us information about aquabot rapids 4WD, we asked if they have anything on display as all vacuums are sealed in the box. The guy said that there's none. Anyhow, we bought it and when we opened the box at home, I didn't like the appearance of it, it has only one roller brush in the middle with fine bristles unlike our old one ( got flooded by hurricane sandy) had two roller brushes with wide teeth. We never use it and returned to the store the following day.
As we walked in to the store, one of the guys in the store ( who was sitting behind the desk) asked how can be of help, I told him " we want to return the product we bought yesterday". He asked why - I told him I don't like it, it's not the same or close to what we had, and I don't feel it will clean as good as the old one because of the brush, and that there was no display in their store and the guy who sold the unit didn't want to open one and so I wasn't able to inspect it closely. And so there were 2-3 of them talking to us in distance some were in the office saying how good their product is. But after all that, they told me I cannot return the product because I opened it. What??? And they do store credit only. And that I should read their policy which is posted below the register - below waist level printed in a bond paper.
Another salesperson (a woman) attended to us , and said she will give us store credit even if we open the box ( goodness! It was opened but the unit hasn't been used!) Or I can get the unit model that I want and I can pick it up in the pm, of course have to pay the difference. She made some phone calls for aquabot classic and later said that they no longer manufacture the one I wanted , and that's an old model and is replaced with the one they have in store. I was in disbelief that aquabot, a big company is only making one model for inground pool. She then showed me online the aquabot turbo, but have to pay $500 difference, - this time my husband said it's ridiculous that it's getting expensive now, and decided to just take the product we originally purchased and never go back to that store.
I called aquabot company when I got home and relate my story, asking if they can do something about it. Though they don't deal with direct sell ( through dealer only) they helped me get an exchange with one of their respected dealers. Now I'm getting Aquabot bravo fury and contrary to what SunTek claimed they are facing out some models - that's not true. Aquabot is manufacturing old and new models and has a lot of choices too
