+ -1 moreThey told me they could not schedule me until I had my part for the door. I called back when I got my part in 2 days later. I have called 25 times since then and I have had my part for several weeks. The owner Eddie will not call back and schedule appointment. They won’t call me back or pick up the phone to answer my calls. They will pick up if I call from another number that is not mine. Shannon the receptionist continued to apologize but now she will not pick up the phone. I asked to if I needed to call the BBB and that didn't prompt them to help me.
Description of Work: There are multiple doors that need fixed around my home.
