Confirming appointments and rescheduling due to poor weather were handled very well. That concludes my modestly positive experience. The shade delivery ran into trouble when the driver was fearful of climbing our access road during the winter. Though larger, heavier vehicles managed the slope his concern was understandable. We asked to attempt a second delivery after the road was cleared and sanded a few weeks later. He couldn't manage it then either, and was very cranky, so we just drove down to collect the items off the truck ourselves. The second delivery arrived at the front door but the driver couldn't bring the 200+ lb painting anywhere near the inside citing a company liability policy. Would've been good to know that beforehand! I asked if he could leave it in the garage and he begrudgingly did so.
There's zero point in using a company that only does 60% of the job when a myriad others do 100% with genuine interest in providing service and total professionalism.
