Furniture - Sales
Route 110 has an arms long complaint list with consumer affairs. The sofa came in with a one and a half inch rip in the leather. The manufacturer did not put the leather all the way back on the seat. So when you sat on the sofa the white leather revealed a long black strip of black. Route 110, would not take this couch back. Even though Natuzzi the manufacture, said that we had permission to take it back.
