+ -1 moreHe has come back 3 times since the original date of hire (not because of problems, but because I had 2 more purchases). The draw string on the blind began to fray 4 years later and he replaced it no questions asked and for no more cost to me.
Description of Work: Purchase and install 12 Blinds (4 were oak).
