ResPro

I would need pages and pages of paper to write the terrible experience I had with this company so I will give you a short desciptions of what happened. The painter who painted my whole house did not just paint but smoked very heavily while and after he painted and dropped all the cigarette butts on my fitchen floor, basement floor and garage floor - not very professional for a painter ! One of the new windows that were replaced does not work and I called Respro asking for info regarding where the windows were purchased and who is responsible for installing them so that I could call and get help - also asked for the same info regarding the new cabinets that were installed - Respro never gave me names or numbers for these two companies. I also asked for bill receipts for the items they purchased to replace destroyed ones. They would not give me any receipts and told me that they don't do that. The new carpet they installed is also not right and I tried to call them and they would not return my calls. All the people who I had to deal with regarding this resteration is no longer working for the company. There is so much more to tell but I get sick just thinking about the way they handled this job. I DID REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU - Of course Res-Pro did not respond to the BBB either. But at least the report is registered with the BBB .

A representative of ResPro and an insurance adjustor came through my home after the fire. The adjustor told them exactly what they needed to do and I signed a contract. I gave them most of the money from the insurance company and now they haven't completed the work. They came out on Friday, because they wanted to receive the last check. They also wanted me to sign some paperwork waiving my rights. I didn't give them the check, because they haven't finished the work they have been paid for. They told me I wouldn't get my personal possessions back until they got paid.
