They were very helpful. I dealt mostly with Joe Junior he was terrific. He helped us pick out what we needed and to choose through the many options. They sent Bob to do the measuring, he is a very nice guy. The install was done by John, he was great, very knowledgeable and has been doing this for a long time.

They were really great to work with and the staircase looks great. I always get compliments on the staircase when they walk into my home. I would definitely use them again and refer them to others as well.
