Aweful service when we needed repairs to job after warranty period. Strang us along for 2 years then we finally gave up

It went very well. Personnel arrived on time, completed early, cleaned up and hauled away trash. They were polite and made extra effort not to be too much more intrusive than was absolutely necessary.

I want members to know that if you have a problem you cannot rely on Mr. Sharma to be reliable. We had to take another provider to court and Mr. Sharma did not show up even though he was subpoenaed. He was meant to be a witness to tell what happened to our kitchen. All he had to say was" there was nothing done when I showed up". Mr. Sharma never followed up with his work, to see whether we were satisfied or not. We would not recommend him.

Overall, the job went well. Ratan was very professional and answered all of our questions.  Every time we needed to get in touch with him (whether before, during or after the job), we simply called his cell phone and he always picked up!! Unfortunately, this type of personal service and accessibility is not common when dealing with contractors.

The job was started and completed on time. The three member crew were very professional and I felt perfectly comfortable having them in my home.  We were extremely impressed with their attention to detail and superior craftsmanship! The kitchen came out nicer than I could have imagined!

There was a problem with one of the doors (wrong size sent by manufacture).  Once the correct door was delivered, the crew returned and went out of their way to make everything right....something we appreciated very much!

We highly recommend this company if you are considering a refacing job. We would also suggest that you take the upgraded drawers and pullouts....we were not aware that this was an option until afterwards. The cabinet doors are of such a high quality that the lower quality drawers and pull outs seem out of place (reason for my "c" grade above). We are considering having the drawers and pullouts changed.

Although the crew did their best to clean up at the end of each work day, my husband and I still had to spend many hours wiping down walls, vacuuming and cleaning up saw dust.....something that could have been avoided had they used the circular saw outdoors.

Again, overall our experience was an extremely positive one and we are happy that we chose New Look to do our kitchen.





 

Our overall experience was not very pleasing.  We were disappointed with the quality of the product, the quality of the construction, and the workmanship of the installation.  Too many issues were left lingering.  The followup that we expected was non-existent; and there is something about having nice looking cabinetry on the surface, and opening the cabinets to see a product that doesn't represent the cost and expectation of a renovated kitchen.
 
We would suggest that prospective consumers should be concise as to what is ordered.  Have the representative show them a visual representation of the products that are to be ordered prior to signing the contract, especially all accessories and extras (pull-out drawers, hardware, drawer sliders, hinges, etc.).

Beautiful job.  Prompt, professional, responsive.  I wish it had cost slightly less, but it was worth every penny.

They were very neat with their work. They did a phenomenal job and finished the work in a timely manner. They also were very reliable and made sure all details were finished.
