I was not impressed with this company's servicemen. They didn't seem to know what to do. I think Maytag needs to hire more competent repairmen. We ended up getting different ovens. These were still under warranty, so we didn't have to pay anything.

I WOULD NOT USE MAYTAG AGAIN FOR NOTHING. THEY HAVE HAD TO COME OUT SEVERAL TIMES ON BOTH PRODUCTS AND STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN EITHER OF THEM FIXED PROPERLY.

THEY GAVE ME A HARD TIME, TELLING ME IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO ORDER AND GET THE NEW PART. I WOULD HAVE HAD TO HAVE WAITED MORE THAN A MONTH FOR THE PART. I FINALLY CALLED THE HEADQUARTERS, AND EVENTUALLY, THEY REPLACED THE WASHER.

THE WORKERS WERE NICE, CLEAN AND VERY FAST. I ALSO FOUND THEM TO BE VERY RELIABLE. THE JOB LOOKS GREAT. IT LOOKS EXCELLENT. WE DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS.

IT TOOK TEN DAYS TO GET A SERVICE CALL APPOINTMENT. THEY WANTED TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE MACHINE. THE ONLY REASON I WILL USE THEM IN THE FUTURE IS BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I CAN TRUST THE JOB TO BE RIGHT.

MAYTAG IS ALWAYS EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THERE WAS NO PROBLEM AT ALL IN SETTING UP THE APPOINTMENT. THEY CAME QUICKLY AND THE OVERALL JOB WENT SMOOTHLY.

IT TOOK THIS COMPANY TOO LONG TO RESPOND TO MY CALL. I HAD TO WAIT A WEEK BEFORE THEY WERE ABLE TO COME. THE JOB THEY DID ON THE DRYER WAS GOOD, BUT THE PRICE WAS TOO EXPENSIVE.

THE SERVICEMAN WAS GREAT AND A GENTLEMAN. HE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND ALREADY HAD THE PART ON HIS TRUCK. THE ONLY THING THAT I'M UNHAPPY ABOUT IS I ORIGINALLY BOUGHT THE REFRIGERATOR FROM THEM AND IT SEEMS LIKE SOMETHING IS ALWAYS GOING WRONG.

THE REPAIR COST WAS MORE THAN AVERAGE, BUT TOTALLY WORTH IT. THEY USE QUALITY MATERIALS AND THEIR SERVICE IS BETTER THAN ANYTHING ON THE MARKET.
