Most of the work done by these contractors, owned by George Miller, themselves was fine, but the overseeing of the subcontractors, for which he is ultimately responsible for, was sadly lacking. There were several big problems but the major one was with the grading of the yard, it was never done. They just kept putting in top soil with no drainage and we are unable to even use the back yard. This also caused a major flood in the basement and I immediately called George and received no response until five days later, by mail stating that the one year guarantee was voided because we installed a sprinkler system. He was very rude and did not stand behind his work. We are currently seeking a litigation attorney.
