I contacted Dan from "Light Works Electric" a few weeks prior to the service request to provide me an estimate for a panel/service upgrade. After Dan provided me the estimate, I had the need to troubleshoot an issue with my electrical outlets. I contacted Dan, who was very prompt and professional. Within 30 minutes Dan was able to isolate the issue and spent another 30 minutes resolving the problem. During this time, Dan made several recommendations and explain in details why I had the issue and how I can avoid the problem in the future.
While I'm no electrician, I tried troubleshooting the issue myself and I spent at least 2 hours before calling in an expert. I am glad I was able to work with Dan and I look forward to working with him in the future for additional work. Dan took care in cleaning up any mess made during resolution of the problem.
