SO I called him that morning. It was a sunday. The leak had been there for DAYS! it was that annoying drip, but a bit more.
He came right away, was responsive, fixed the issue in about 30 min. Other companies had quoted a lot, and weren't willing to come right away. They wanted me to take off!
