Installers had absolutely no pride in their work, and sales staff is shady.  They only had to move one bed in an otherwise vacant house, nothing else, and left it upright in an adjacent room without restoring it-this after assuring me that moving one bed would "not be a problem".  They removed 14 feet of baseboard covers, but left them on the bare kitchen table without protecting table nor replacing them where they belong.  The sales staff promised to finish the edge with a strip of "transition" wood which we supplied, but they did not keep their word, and left a raw edge where carpet meets adjacent floor.  They also failed to clean up their mess at the end of installation by not vacuuming up debris left behind as well as a cup of fast food soda.  When called on it, they promised to go back and install the "transition" but we would have to supply the glue or be charged $10 for it.  I called to tell them that I would need them to supply the glue.  I followed up later in the day, and was told that they refused to install the "transition" because it's not something that they do on a job...Really?  A carpet company that will not finish a raw edge for you, especially after telling you that they would follow through on doing it?  They pulled major attitude, went back on their word, and were very unprofessional. So they simply returned to install the baseboard covers, nothing else.  You have many other choices in carpet and rug stores, do not use this place.  Seriously.
