They haven't really done any service yet. We've been waiting on them for almost six months now. We brought a front entry door and a screen door from them. On May 3rd we ordered it, we picked out the color we wanted and everything. They didn't come on July 13th, they finally came with the door and it was the wrong color. They had to take the door and they were going to paint it the correct color, come back and install it. The weeks go by and we don't hear from them, finally they got the door into the store, we looked at the door and it was the right color. This was now like the 3rd week in September, they were supposed to install it. I think it was September 22nd. They call me and tell me that the installer had an emergency and could not install the door, so she gives me another date on September 26th. She calls me on September 26th and tells me the door jam on the door is damaged, and that they can't install it. They have to get a new door jam. I'm talking to the lady and she says that they will put a rush order and get it in a week, and then put a priority installation, that was two weeks ago. Finally, today, my wife calls the home office and they tell her that the store will get the door jam on October 21st. That's another two weeks and this has been going on since May. They're not professional, they don't care. They blame the installer, they say that it's not Home Depot fault, but it's the installer. I never would order anything from them again. They had the door for months in the store, they never looked at it to see if it was okay. It's unbelievable.

They're good, no problems with them. They usually have almost everything you need.

The work is OK, not the greatest, but it is backed by the Home Depot guarantee, which is a comfort.

I went in to their store and a salesman helped me pick out a staircase carpet. He was very helpful in showing me the selection of carpets that were on sale. Their customer service is excellent. Someone came to my house later to measure my staircase. It took about two weeks before they cut and installed the carpet. The two installers were very professional. After they finished, they cleaned up after themselves. They gave me their manager's number just in case I had any problems. After the installation, Home Depot called to see if I was satisfied with the job.

This was the BEST carpet buying experience I ever had!!! We've bought many carpets for our home over the years, always from a big carpet company. From the beginning we had a knowledgeable and experienced sales representative who spent a lot of time with us going over the carpet selection, installation process and payment process. The price was on the carpet. NO haggling on price. The measurer showed up on time and was very pleasant. The installer showed up on time and was thorough and pleasant. He did a great job! We were a little wary about buying through Home Depot instead of a big carpet company. I'm glad we decided to try them. Like I said, BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! We will definitely use them again. What a pleasure not to have to haggle on price.

I WAS SURPRISED HOW QUICKLY THE PROJECT WENT. THE SERVICEMAN WAS DONE WITHIN A DAY. THE CARPET WAS SO SOFT, PRETTY AND THICK. IT MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I AM WALKING ON A" BIG RED" CARPET WHEN EXITING THE TUB.

THE WORK WAS DONE IN A UNACCEPTABLE MANNER. THE DOOR WAS DAMAGED AND THE HARDWARE WAS NOT PUT ON STRAIGHT. THE COMPANY SAID THEY COULD NOT DO THE CORRECTION WITHOUT REPLACING THE DOOR.

I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE REMODELING HOME DEPOT PERFORMED. MY BATHROOM SEEM AS THOUGH THERE WAS NO HOPE. HOME DEPOT RESTORED IT'S 'LIFE' BACK. MY WATER FLOWS OUT SMOOTHER. EVERYTHING IS EXCELLENT!

I WAS VERY MUCH SATISFIED WITH MY REMODELED KITCHEN. IT MAKES MY ENTIRE HOUSE SHINE. THE REPAIRMEN WERE VERY DILIGENT, CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL. THEIR QUALITY OF WORK IS EXCELLENT!
