We called for Greg to come out and fix our freezer. He asked me several questions over the phone and he was pretty certain what the problem was.  He cam out, rigged it to run temporarily while he ordered the part.  In the mean time our dryer heat went out.  I called him and explained the problem and diagnosed it AGAIN over the phone.  When he cam out to install the part on the freezer he had what we needed to repair the dryer.  He was in and out quickly each time.  He only charged me one service charge which if I recall, was $50...VERY reasonable!  He was on time and on schedule each time.  I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge, ability, professionalism and fairness in pricing!  He's now programmed in my phone, and I refer him consistently!

It went fantastic. If you have an emergency, he comes as fast as he can. He is always honest. If it cant be repaired he will let you know instead of charging money.

HERITAGE APPLIANCE DOES REALLY GOOD WORK. THEY ARE HONEST, REASONABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY. MY WASHING MACHINE WORKS LIKE BRAND NEW. I AM HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES.
