THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! First Steve came and repaired the wood on my Rosewood wall unit. His work was flawless. It was so good that I had a hard time figuring out where the original damage occurred. Then Tom and Kyle followed up by installing a very complicated new mechanism (the original was broken and needed to be replaced). They even helped me with damaged wires (unrelated to the repair). They were prompt, courteous and professional. It’s not everyday that you come across a business that goes above and beyond your expectations.I highly recommend FURNITURE MEDIC!!

Paid for a tech to visit my apartment to inspect sun damaged wood. Took over a month to schedule the visit. Tech showed up on time and did the inspection. Despite follow-up via email, never received a proposal or any feedback from the company. Beware of the company's poor customer services.

The paint job was flawless. My cabinets match my Thomasville newly purchased cabinets extension to a peninsula. The paint match was exact

It was a piece of furniture that had to be repaired and they did a decent job with it. They came pretty promptly and they did a really nice job. They are more on the expensive side in my opinion.

Vance cleaned and refinished some furniture after my parent's house fire. He was kind enough to store the furniture for much longer than we expected because the house took longer to rebuild than we imagined. Unfortunately, he surprisingly did not refinish the base and legs of the buffets. I texted him to let him know that we noticed it after the furniture was in the house. We probably would have noticed it when we picked it up but the furniture was dusty.
He said he thought they weren't finished previously. The furniture had 50 years of wear- so I don't think the legs and base were any different than the rest of the pieces. He said he would come to the house to finish the parts he didn't get done previously. We haven't called him back yet because there are SO many things that need to be done right now.

Overall they did good work and the cabinets do look a lot better. The person who did the work spent almost 11 hours at my house. However...I did not mind making him lunch I do mind the lack of prep work to ensure the dust from his sanding did not enter every cabinet. In one instance we was working on a cabinet drawer that was 3 feet wide but taped off only the 12 inches where he was sanding. Now I have to clean everything in the drawer. It is like this for almost every drawer in the kitchen. Plus I specifically asked if I had to remove everything from the cabinets and was told not to worry.
He also covered the dining room with the dust from sanding nearby when a sheet of plastic over the doorway would have prevented me from now also having to clean my dining room.
Lastly, it is always a pet peeve of mine when a contractor uses my cleaning supplies to clean up his work area. I appreciate that he cleaned the area immediately in front of his work area but would have rather he not used my cleaning supplies to do so and instead spent a little more time prepping the work area so my cleaning job would be smaller.

These people are amazing. They sent someone to estimate, and followed up quickly. They sent a young man to handle the work and he really new what he was doing. He was a thinking man, so he worked around any problem/ I was extremely pleased with their work and professionalism.

He came to me, as there was no way I could have moved it. He was very personable, got everything done, was very neat. No fuss. It's better than ever now, and its a very large table.
