I contacted John Cardullo about installing a roof-access ladder to replace one that had to be detached when my roof was re-done. He designed a much more stable and sturdy version than I had, to be mounted to the masonry wall, instead of to the roof deck as was done before (and could not be done now without damaging the new roof). His team installed the new ladder within 2 weeks & touched it up with paint. It is a terrific improvement over the old ladder, is much safer and looks great.
