Complaint Submitted to the Better Business Bureau. The consumer indicated that they WOULD speak to the media about this complaint. I ordered 4 custom cushions for four chairs. The new cushions that were ordered were supposed to be made thicker than the original cushion with high quality foam and a new wooden base. The cushions were delivered and installed. Unfortunately, I was not available at the time of installation and my husband trusted that the work was being done as agreed. Shortly after the installer left, we took a closer look at the cushions and found the following issues: 1) The cushions are not consistently the same height. 2) The cushions are not the thickness agreed upon which was to be one inch thicker than the original cushion. Instead, they are approximately the same size as the original cushion, 3) One of the cushions has a seam in the front face of the cushion. This should never be the case. The seam should be in the back. 4) One of the cushions has different foam - not as dense as the other 3 and you can feel the hard wooden board through the cushion. Very uncomfortable! 5) One of the cushions has a hole in it right on the seating surface near where the piping is sewn. I have no faith that this vendor will provide a quality product. After I stated to Abraham that he must not have inspected the cushions before he sent them out to be installed, he replied that he had inspected them. He then said that he looked at them at night and it was dark! Abraham has stated that he will come to our home on Monday and that he will pick up the cushions and fix the issues. Why should I believe him if he didn't even bother to inspect the cushions with sufficient lightening when he picked them up from his supplier? Payment was made by deposit via check on 5/31/20 and balance of in cash on 6/20/2020. I want a full refund.
