COUNTER TECH INDUSTRIES

This contractor subs for Lowe's . We had to wait threes weeks to get the counters measured then another couple of weeks to get installed. The day of the installation a woman (Tina) called from Counter Tech to cancel, she said the counters are not finished. I told her that my wife took off from work and lost a days pay and to my surprise she laughed and said sorry.
A week later the counters were installed. My wife came home that evening and notice a mark like a suction cup would make on on of the counters. I didn't see it because my eyes aren't as good as they use to be. I told her we could live with it and that was it for the time being. We had reason to have the manager of Lowe's come and inspect the kitchen and he said that the counter is unacceptable with the mark. A couple of weeks later Tina from Counter Tech called and told me to call the manufacture that it's their problem to resolved not Counter Tech's. I called Lowe's to complain about the service I was getting from Counter Tech, the manager from Lowe's is contacting the manufacture for us. As of 10/9/2013 we finally have a appointment with the manufacture.
On 10/15/13 a manufactures rep. came to my home and corrected the problem in 5 minutes. It only took seven months to resolve the problem.
