Stereo and Home Theater System Service
The first remote starter they installed worked well, but I did not like the way the remote signal unit was designed. It was too difficult for me to operate..
I waited a week to see if I could get used to it before complaining, but could not. I have some arthritis in my fingers, and it was too difficult.
When I brought it back to see what could be done, they told me that they would put in a different system at no cost.
I was pleasantly and totally surprised at this response, since two or three hours labor are needed to take the old unit out and put a new one in, not to mention the cost of the parts.
When I remarked at how unusual this response was, they said they just wanted me to be satisfied with their work.
The new unit works fine, and I am indeed a very happy customer, and pleased to recommend Car Tunes to anyone!
