In addition to doing our own manufacturing in our facility in Farmingdale, NY, we also help you design your home addition and we install it ourselves. The overall quality of the materials was excellent. The door and windows work smoothly. Overall they did an excellent job, and I'm a fussy customer. Actually I can't imagine it being done better.
The workers were competent and efficient. There were several men in the crew. Each knew his job and they worked well together. The job was done in one day.
They had pre-measured and assembled what they could at their shop. Everything went together perfectly on the job.
About a week after the installation there was a small leak after a heavy rain. They came the next day and took care of it.
The only negative aspect was that when I placed the order I was told it would a few weeks before they could get to it, and it actually took six weeks. I have to say it was well worth the wait.
