He claimed I needed to bring up the liner up to code and he gave me a price and when I said I couldn't do it his price came down. They did the job efficiently and cleaned up very well.

"THIS IS A VERY DISHEARTENING POST. WE ARE AN ACCREDITED BUSINESS WITH THE BBB WITH AN A RATING.. WE TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN OUR STAFF AS WELL AS OUR CUSTOMER RELATIONS, WHEN BEING NOTIFIED THAT THE TECHNITION WAS ROCKING THE CHIMNEY BACK AND FOURTH,IT WAS A COMPLETE SHOCK.... THIS IS NOT A BEHAVIOR THAT IS TOLERATED OR CONDONED.HONESTY IS WHAT OUR COMPANY STANDS BY. IT IS OUR TECHNITIONS JOB TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER AWARE IF ANYTHINNG IS WRONG WITH THE INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR CHIMNEY... AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HE DID. HE ALSO GAVE MEMBER SUGGESTIONS ON FIXING THE PROBLEM. THE TECHNITION WAS BEING HONEST WITH MEMBER, MAKING HER AWARE OF THE SEVERITY OF THE SITUATION IF THE PROBLEM WENT UNRESOLVED. THERE WAS A TOTAL OF 12 CALLS TO MEMBER'S HOME, AS WELL AS HER WORK NUMBER IN A 8 DAY PERIOD BY THE OFFICE AS WELL AS THE OWNER IN REGARDS TO DISCUSSING THIS MATTER. MEMBER NEVER RETURNED ANY OF OUR CALLS."

I was very unhappy with them.  I don't know exactly what they did, I believe all these two gentlemen cared about was selling me.  I do need a new liner for my chimney because I do need to get a new furnace.   When they left I was under the impression when I was talking to this woman on the phone when they solicited my business that it would be $30.  They take off so I call the cards number I had and the gentleman's number and he said did you pay them.  I told them I would have paid anything but they didn't ask me for it.  I'm either waiting to get a bill in the mail, but I was very disgusted with the duct service, I'll never use it again.  When they call and offer you to clean your flu for $40, you take it.

"MEMBER WAS SCHEDULED TO HAVE A 40.00 CLEANING AND INSPECTION.. WHEN THE TECHNITIONS DID THE INSPECTION, THEY FOUND THEY WERE UNABLE TO DO THE CLEANING DUE THE INTERIOR CONDITION. IF THEY DONT DO THE CLEANING, WE WILL NOT TAKE YOUR MONEY. MEMBER WAS MADE AWARE BY OUR TECHNITIONS THE WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. IT WAS INFORMATION SHE HAD ALREADY KNOWN."
